IPTV Free Trial Terms of Use

These terms of use apply to your use of this website (iptv-free-trials.co.uk), to IPTV Free Trial subscriptions and free trials, and to the help our team provides. By ordering a plan or requesting a trial, you accept the terms below, so please read them carefully. To learn how we handle your data, see our privacy policy.
1. The service
IPTV Free Trial is an internet television (IPTV) service. It gives you access to live channels and, depending on your plan, to movies and series on demand, in an IPTV app installed on your own device, using Xtream Codes logins (server URL, username, password) or an M3U link.
The service includes 12,000 channels from more than 50 countries, in SD, HD, Full HD or 4K (HEVC) quality depending on the stream, your device and your connection. The servers come with a VPN and private DNS, running on the server side, with nothing for you to set up.
IPTV apps (IPTV Smarters Pro, Smarters Player Lite, TiviMate, IBO Player, VLC, etc.) are players made by third parties: they are not provided by IPTV Free Trial and contain no channels.
2. Acceptance and changes to these terms
Placing an order means you accept the terms in force on the date of your order. We may change these terms to reflect changes to the service or to the law; the new version applies as soon as it is published on this page, with its update date. If you don't accept a change, don't renew your subscription and stop using the service.
3. Legal capacity
To order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You agree to provide accurate information, especially a valid e-mail address, since your logins are sent there.
4. Plans and prices
IPTV Free Trial offers three plans, all lasting 12 months and paid once:

Standard and Gold work on all your devices, one screen at a time: the connection moves from one device to the next. Platinium lets you watch on two screens at once.
On the Platinium plan, the adult channels are turned on by default and removed on request on WhatsApp. If minors can access your screens, ask for them to be removed.

5. Free trial
A free trial of 24 to 48 hours can be requested on WhatsApp before you order, with no payment. It is not available during big live matches, but available outside them. The trial lets you check that the service works on your device and your connection; learn more on the IPTV trial page.
6. Ordering, payment and delivery of your logins
You order on WhatsApp, using the order buttons on this website. Our team confirms the plan you chose and sends you a secure payment link (Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay); you can also pay by bank transfer by asking on WhatsApp. The steps are described on the how to order page.
Once your payment is confirmed, your logins (server URL, username and password) are sent to you by e-mail. Provide a valid e-mail address and remember to check your spam folder. The service is delivered in digital form only: nothing is shipped to you.
7. Term and renewal
The subscription lasts 12 months. To continue afterwards, renewal happens at your request: message us on WhatsApp with the e-mail address you used the previous year. A renewal comes with 10% off and one free month.
8. Referral
For each friend or family member who subscribes through you, you receive $15 (by bank transfer, PayPal or gift card, your choice) and one month is added to your subscription; your friend gets 10% off their order. There is no limit on the number of referrals, and the reward is paid within 48 hours. 9. Personal use and logins
The subscription is for personal, private use, within the number of screens included in your plan. In particular, you may not:
- rebroadcast, retransmit or publicly show the service or its content;
- resell, rent or transfer the subscription, or use it commercially;
- share your logins or publish them;
- go over the number of simultaneous screens included in your plan;
- record, copy or extract the streams, or use bots, scripts or any other automated means to access the service;
- get around security measures or try to access the service without authorization.
Your logins are personal: you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for how they are used. Sharing them may lead to your line being suspended.
10. Service quality and availability
Playback quality also depends on things outside IPTV Free Trial's control:
- the speed and stability of your internet connection (15 Mbps minimum);
- the capabilities of your device and your IPTV app;
- the number of devices using your network at the same time;
- any limits applied by your internet service provider.
The service is provided as available. It may be briefly interrupted, especially for maintenance or because of technical incidents, and the channels, categories, movies and series offered may change. IPTV Free Trial does not guarantee that every piece of content will be available without interruption. 11. Devices, apps and connection costs
It is up to you to have a compatible device, a fast enough internet connection and the IPTV app you need, ideally after checking compatibility with the free trial. Some IPTV apps are paid: their price is set by their maker and is not part of the IPTV Free Trial subscription. Internet and mobile data costs remain your responsibility. 12. Refunds
IPTV Free Trial does not publish refund terms. The useful information is on our refund policy page: take the free trial before ordering and ask our team your questions on WhatsApp before you pay.
13. User responsibility
You remain responsible for how you use the service, in compliance with the law that applies in your country. IPTV Free Trial cannot be held responsible for any use of the service that breaks these terms or the law.
14. Suspension and termination
IPTV Free Trial may suspend or terminate the access of a subscriber who does not follow these terms, especially in cases of shared logins, rebroadcasting, resale or fraud.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV Free Trial is not liable for indirect damages, or for problems related to your device, your internet connection, a third-party app or other circumstances beyond its control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
16. Intellectual property
The IPTV Free Trial name, its logo, and the design and text of this website may not be copied or reused without written permission. The other product and brand names mentioned on this website (devices, apps) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to indicate compatibility, without any partnership or endorsement on their part.
17. Complaints and legal rights
If you have a problem, contact our team on WhatsApp first so we can look for an amicable solution. These terms do not replace any rights the law that applies to you may give you, especially as a consumer.
