IPTV Free Trial Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This policy explains what personal data IPTV Free Trial collects through this website (iptv-free-trials.co.uk) and when you order, request a trial or contact our team, why we use it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. See also our terms of use.

1. The data we collect

We collect only the data needed to activate, manage and support your subscription:

  • your e-mail address, where your logins are sent;
  • your WhatsApp number and the messages you exchange with our team, since ordering, the free trial and support all go through WhatsApp;
  • your order details: the plan you chose, the order date and the logins assigned to you;
  • the information you choose to give us for setup or support, such as your device or the app you use;
  • for referrals, the name your friend gives when ordering and the details needed to pay your reward.

Your e-mail address is used only to send you your logins and to manage your subscription: it is never sold or transferred.

2. WhatsApp buttons and forms

The order, trial and contact buttons on this website, and its forms (contact, trial request), send us nothing on their own: they open WhatsApp with your message already written, and you decide whether to send it.

To do this, they go through a short redirect on this website, which passes the pre-filled text to WhatsApp (for example the plan you chose, or the name, device and message typed into a form). Like any page address, this text may appear in the server's technical logs described below.

Messages sent on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta), under its own privacy policy.

3. Payment

Payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay goes through the secure payment link our team sends you; your payment data is processed by the payment provider, under its own privacy policy. Never send your card number in a WhatsApp conversation. A bank transfer is processed by the banks involved.

4. Cookies and technical data

This website uses no analytics tool, no advertising cookies and no marketing pixels. It shows no cookie banner, because it sets no optional cookies.

As with any website, the host may record technical connection data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) in its logs, for security and to keep the site running properly.

Third-party services you open from this website, such as WhatsApp or an app store, may set their own cookies under their own rules. You can view, block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for the length of your subscription and for as long as reasonably needed to handle renewals, support and any complaints and to meet our legal obligations, then we delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We protect your data with reasonable technical and organizational measures. Since no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, please keep your logins to yourself too: they are personal, and sharing them may lead to your line being suspended. If you think they have been exposed, let us know quickly on WhatsApp.

To exercise these rights, message our team on WhatsApp from the contact page. We may need to verify your identity before we reply. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country (in France, the CNIL).

10. Minors

IPTV Free Trial is not intended for minors and does not knowingly collect data about them. If you think a minor has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
