IPTV Free Trial: Copyright and DMCA

Last updated: October 30, 2026

How IPTV Free Trial handles copyright infringement notices: what a notice must contain, how we review it and how to dispute a removal.

Our policy

IPTV Free Trial respects intellectual property. We follow a notice-and-takedown procedure based on the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). It does not replace the reporting procedures provided for by applicable law, particularly in France and the European Union. Every complete notice is reviewed.

If you believe that content available through IPTV Free Trial infringes your copyright, let us know so we can review it and take appropriate action.

What a notice must contain

A valid notice includes the following information.

1. Your contact details

  • your full name, or the name of the organization you represent;
  • a way to contact you back.

2. The copyrighted work

  • the copyrighted work whose rights you believe are being infringed;
  • a description detailed enough for us to understand your notice.

3. Where the content is

  • the exact place where the content is found in the service;
  • as much detail as possible: channel name, title, date and time it aired.

4. Your statements

  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • your signature, handwritten or electronic.

How a notice is handled

  1. You send your notice with all the information above.
  2. We check that it is complete and admissible.
  3. We act: admissible notices are reviewed and may lead to the reported content being removed or access to it being blocked, in line with the applicable rules.

Inaccurate notices

Anyone who knowingly and misleadingly claims that content infringes rights may be held liable. If in doubt, consult a legal professional before sending a notice.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice the same way. It includes:

  • your name and a way to contact you back;
  • the content that was removed or to which access was blocked;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the removal was a mistake;
  • your signature, handwritten or electronic.
