Setup guide

IPTV Free Trial – IPTV setup on all your devices

How to set up IPTV on your device: pick it below and follow the steps with the logins you received by e-mail. Allow 3 to 6 minutes; the team helps you on WhatsApp 7 days a week if you get stuck.

Before you start

IPTV Free Trial: what you need for your IPTV setup

To set up IPTV Free Trial, you need four things, and no technician. The message you get after ordering your IPTV Free Trial subscription has the essentials; get these four things ready:

  • Your IPTV Free Trial logins: the server URL (with its port), your username, and your password, sent by e-mail once payment is confirmed (check your spam folder)
  • A compatible device: Samsung, LG, Hisense and Philips smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV (Sony, Nvidia Shield, Mi TV, Chromecast), Amazon Fire TV Stick, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, Android phones and tablets, or Windows PC and Mac
  • A connection of at least 15 Mbps, ideally over an Ethernet cable on a TV
  • An IPTV app that supports Xtream Codes or M3U link: the right one depends on your device (see below)

How does IPTV work?

IPTV delivers television over your internet connection, with no satellite dish or cable box. The ITU, the United Nations agency for telecommunications, puts it this way: “IPTV is defined as multimedia services such as television/video/audio/text/graphics/data delivered over IP-based networks.” IPTV Free Trial provides the channels and, depending on the plan, the movies and series; your IPTV app displays them. No app provides any content by itself: you need a IPTV Free Trial subscription.

The app logs in with Xtream Codes (the server URL (with its port), your username, and your password) or with the M3U link sent in the same e-mail. You enter them once, and the app loads everything.

Apps

IPTV Free Trial: which IPTV app for your device?

The app our guides recommend for each device, a free IPTV player in every case, plus the alternatives. Any app that supports Xtream Codes or M3U link works.

Install safely: IPTV Free Trial tips

  • Install your apps from your device's official store, the developer's official website or the link the team sends you on WhatsApp, never from an unknown site.
  • The “unknown apps” permission only applies to the app you choose (Downloader). Once your IPTV app is installed, you can turn it off again.
  • Your logins are personal: sharing them can get your line suspended.
  • Never post your password, the server URL or your M3U link in a public message or a screenshot.
  • No app provides any content by itself: the channels come from your IPTV Free Trial subscription.

IPTV Free Trial on smart TVs: Samsung, LG, Hisense, Philips

On TVs without Google Play (Samsung on Tizen, LG on webOS, Hisense on VIDAA, and Philips models that don't run Android TV), choose an app that works with your model.

With IPTV Smarters Pro (free), open the app, choose “Login with Xtream Codes API” and enter the server URL (with its port), your username, and your password.

Smart One IPTV and HOT IPTV (paid) are set up differently: the app shows your TV's MAC address, and you enter that address with your M3U link on the app's web portal.

Does your TV run Android TV or Google TV? Follow the Android TV guide instead. Android TV and Google TV guide

IPTV setup on Android TV and Google TV

The recommended app is IPTV Smarters Pro, installed with the Downloader app: the team sends you the current download link on WhatsApp, which you enter in Downloader.

Then open IPTV Smarters Pro, choose “Login with Xtream Codes API” and enter the server URL (with its port), your username, and your password, with no space before or after.

Zen IPTV Player, also free, installs the same way; it asks you to create an account before the Xtream Codes login.

The steps are very close to the Fire TV Stick ones. See the Fire TV Stick guide

IPTV Free Trial on Fire TV Stick (Firestick): step-by-step setup

Six steps with IPTV Smarters Pro, the recommended app. Allow 3 to 6 minutes.

  1. Open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on “Install unknown apps” for Downloader (if Downloader isn't in the list yet, come back here right after step 2).
  2. Install the “Downloader” app from the Amazon Appstore.
  3. Open Downloader, enter the IPTV Smarters Pro download link the team sends you on WhatsApp, then install the app.
  4. Open IPTV Smarters Pro and choose “Login with Xtream Codes API”, not M3U: the Xtream Codes login loads your plan's channels, movies and series, and the TV guide in one go.
  5. Enter a name (any name you like), the server URL with its port, and the username and password you received by e-mail, with no space before or after.
  6. Let the list load (about a minute the first time), then start your first channel.

Stuck? Check that “Install unknown apps” is turned on for Downloader specifically. To type your logins more easily, plug in a USB mouse or use the Fire TV app on your phone as a keyboard.

Troubleshooting

IPTV Free Trial: common IPTV setup problems and how to fix them

The six most common cases. Still stuck? Message the team on WhatsApp, 7 days a week.

The picture stutters or freezes

Run a speed test on the device: you need at least 15 Mbps. Use an Ethernet cable rather than Wi-Fi, especially on a TV, and switch from 4K to Full HD in the app if your connection is borderline.

The app rejects your logins

Most often, a space slipped in before or after the username during a copy and paste. Retype each field by hand and check that the server URL includes its port.

The channel list stays empty

The first load can take a minute. Reload or refresh the playlist in the app; as a last resort, delete the profile and log back in with your logins.

No TV guide

Turn on the TV guide (EPG) in the app's settings, then run a manual update.

It worked, then stopped

Restart the device and your internet router. If the problem lasts more than an hour, message the team on WhatsApp: they'll send you an up-to-date server URL.

Two screens at once

Standard and Gold work on all your devices, one screen at a time: the connection moves from one device to the next. Platinium lets you watch on two screens at once.

FAQ

IPTV Free Trial: your questions about IPTV installation

How do I set up IPTV on my TV?

On a Samsung, LG, Hisense or Philips smart TV, install an app that works with your model (IPTV Smarters Pro, Smart One IPTV or HOT IPTV) and log in. On an Android TV or Google TV set, or with a Fire TV Stick, install IPTV Smarters Pro with Downloader, from the link the team sends you on WhatsApp.

Which IPTV app should I choose?

The one our guide recommends for your device: IPTV Smarters Pro on smart TVs, Android TV, Fire TV Stick and Android; Smarters Player Lite on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV; IPTV Smarters or VLC on PC and Mac. Any app that supports Xtream Codes or M3U link works.

Xtream Codes or M3U link: which should I use?

Xtream Codes when the app offers it: with the server URL (with its port), your username, and your password, it loads your plan's channels, movies and series, and the TV guide in one go. The M3U link is for apps that ask for it, such as VLC, Smart One IPTV or HOT IPTV.

How long does IPTV installation take?

Allow 3 to 6 minutes, once per device. After that, the first load of the channels and the TV guide takes about a minute.

Where do I find my IPTV Free Trial logins?

Your logins (server URL, username, password and M3U link) are sent to you by e-mail once payment is confirmed; check your spam folder. Can't find them? Message the team on WhatsApp.

How to order

Is an IPTV app enough to watch TV?

No. No app provides any content by itself: IPTV Smarters Pro, Smarters Player Lite or VLC only display what your subscription provides. You need a IPTV Free Trial subscription, or a free trial to try it out.
