Try before you pay

The free IPTV trial is there so you can check the service before you commit:

• it lasts 24 to 48 hours and is requested on WhatsApp, with no payment;
• it is not available during big live matches, but available outside them;
• it lets you check that the service works on your device, with your app and your internet connection.

If you have a technical problem

If the service isn't working properly, message our team on WhatsApp, 7 days a week: they help you until the problem is solved. Tell them your plan, your device, the app you use and what shows on the screen (a screenshot helps a lot). Many problems come from the app's settings, a mistake in the logins or the home internet connection, and can be fixed remotely.

Third-party costs

Amounts paid to third parties, such as a paid IPTV app, a device or an internet plan, are not paid to IPTV Free Trial.
