SD, HD, Full HD, and 4K (HEVC for 4K), depending on the channel and your connection speed. Every quality is included in all three plans. HEVC (H.265) is the codec the ITU announced "will need only half the bit rate of its predecessor", H.264.

Measure the speed on the device itself and compare it with the 15 Mbps you need. Switch to an Ethernet cable if you can, restart the device and your router, then switch from 4K to Full HD in the app. If a channel still cuts out, tell us on WhatsApp which one and at what time.
